Proper skates and helmets (bicycle helmets are not permitted) are required for every skater. If a skater is not equipped with the proper attire they will not be permitted on the ice. Test Fees are paid by the club to Skate Canada, test fees are set by Skate Canada NOT LHSC and are over and above the program registration fee. STAR Level tests (Lion's Head) $15 prior to the test. HIGH TEST (Away) Registration & Ice Time $25 per test paid 2 weeks prior to test day. Anti-Bullying / Harassment / Poor Sportsmanship: If your skater for any reason displays behaviour deemed by the coaching staff or executive as being detrimental to other skater's wellbeing or safety, they will be asked to leave the ice and may be required to further discipline if deemed necessary by the club. As the parent / guardian of this (these) skater(s) I am aware that I need to be at the arena while my skater is skating. If I am not there I am aware that the club executives and coaches are not responsible for my skater and will not be responsible for missed ice time. It is understood and agreed, as a condition of participation in skating programs by the Lion's Head Skating Club and Skate Canada, that neither the Club or Skate Canada shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by the above mentioned skater(s) or caused by the above mentioned skater(s). The skater(s) or the parent / guardian shall indemnify the Lion's Head Skating Club and Skate Canada and hold them harmless from any claims, demands or actions arising from or in respect of such injury, loss or damage.
